About Signature Stretcher Bars
Signature Stretcher Bars specializes in custom stretcher bars and panels for artists, and re-stretches for galleries. While working as an art installer for San Francisco galleries, the owner, Kevin Keul, noticed the need for a higher standard of stretcher bars in the art community. It was from this need that Signature was founded. Established in 1998, Signature Stretcher Bars is a well respected company, and provides services and products for top artists as well as emerging artists in the Bay Area. With a reputation for exquisite quality and craftsmanship, Kevin uses only the best materials, including hand picked basswood, and two sided birch plywood. These bars and panels are very durable, known for their long term sturdiness, and are a quality complement to any painting.
